It's Called Acting... dear boy, with balls!

When i left school back in 1995, all I wanted to do was to become an actor. To be honest, I probably was not as strong a performer as stanislavsky would have wanted me to be. A part of me always wanted to try out for Shakespeares Henry V. I already knew how to play the part when I stepped into his shoes for a solo acting exam back in 1997. I would however want to do a different type of performance if the chance ever came up, and without throwing tennis balls into the audience! (READ MORE)

That One thing that got me hooked on creative magic.

I could have been about 6-7 when I bought or was given a book called “Tricks of the Trade”. This was a massive hard-back book (to a 7 year old) that was filled with pictures and write-ups chronicling the most prominent advancements in movie making history to date. WRITER RESOURCES: DOWNLOADS
Introducing excel tracking sheets, daily tracking reports, storyboard templates, and much more heading out for what will become the store cupboard for the writer who prepares. These are tools that I have found useful to keep track of the writing process. More excel sheets, PDF templates and other handy preparation documents will be added over time. Not all that you see here will be for everyone's taste, but for the writer who really would love to find a way of tracking such things as continity, character profiles, and plot detail, you might find something here that will help ease the strain of the writing process.

WEBSITE DESIGN: CONTENT BEFORE DESIGN
There is an old saying, "Don't put the cart before the horse" is true for many things, and that includes web site building. It's always fun to work with web design, but if you have no content, then the website will likely be tarnished with the under construction sign that never seems to go away. Sites that go unfinished for any length of time end up as forgotten as old local news so keep in mind before you start what the site will contain and avoid lengthly times having most parts published live with "under construction signs" as your main feature.
